Motor Trend Car Show

I was able to go to the Motor Trend International Car Show today it was a lot of fun. I went right to the Honda display and they had this on the floor:

The color was pretty in person more than I expected. I ran into my sales persons from Raines Honda and we had a fun time talking. I also snapped
a few extra pictures of these sweet looking rides:

Ok and finally....

The Chrysler ME-Four Twelve has the second best power to weight ratio behind the Bugatti Veyron. I agree that it has a bunch of frivolous stuff, but it's a concept car. What do you expect?

The Honda Fit was a Blackberry Pearl - and would you believe they were showing it with the windows rolled up and the doors locked. Several people were walking up and trying the doors but it was locked up. The only reason I could think of is that the dealership just did not want anyone sitting in the Fit. I thought come on, the only cars they would not allow you to sit in were the concept cars. All the other vehicles were set up with windows down and doors unlocked so you could sit and get a feel for the car. That just seemed strange. Like they did not want anyone to sit in the Fit and think wow this is a great little car. I was wearing my Fit Freak hoodie and some guy walked up to me and said he had never seen the Fit before. I told him I owned one and loved it. I asked one of the Honda guys why they did not bring the Civic Mugen SI to the show and he said it was not a car show type of car. The 350 Z was a drooler!

The Me-Four Twelve is a really old concept car. I don't know why they didn't shelve it yet. Saturn Sky and Chrysler have no relation. The Chrysler is also huge compared to Pontiac Solstice/Saturn Sky platform

I heard they're getting rid of the chrysler crossfire, maybe that is the replacement?

The crossfire is a small sports car. The Me Four Twelve is supposed to be in the super car category. I don't think Chrysler is making any small sports cars any time soon. They did have the dodge demon concept recently, but I think the company is focusing more on fuel efficient cars rather than sports cars. Future CAFE regulations could possibly bankrupt Chrysler if they don't get their act together soon.
