Car cover for Fit
Hi
I did some searching, but did not come up with anything.
Does anyone have any recommendations on a car cover for the fit?
I am looking out the window at my snow covered fit, it would be nice to have a cover for it.
thanks

that would be great.
I have a single stall garage that is filled with bikes and a 66 mustang. The fit will probably be parked outside much of the time, unless I unload the mustang...
Thanks,

There used to be several threads on the OEM Fit cover, but I can't find any of them now. I have used the OEM cover for over a year and it works and fits great. How it will work with inches or feet of snow on it I can't imagine- not one of our problems out here in coastal CA.

my FitS sits outside 24/7. i dont plan on getting a cover for it.
best is get a snowbrum and try to remove the snow without penetrating
the paint. i dont like using covers cause the paint needs to be very
clean before you cover it...otherwise the wind, etc will scuff and haze
the paint at the corners.
also imaging having to remove that wet/iced cover from under the snow.
that's going to be a pita.

good point. i pushed the snow off the windshield with a broom, and skimmed the painted surfaces, so as not to touch the paint earlier today. I def think that a broom would scratch the paint if it was allowed to touch it.

NEVER put a cover on a dirty car,,,,,,,and I don't think it will be very good for the snow JMHO

Thanks for the suggestion on the Snow Brum. I tried it out on the fresh 3 inches of snow that we got this am, and it worked really great for getting the snow off the roof, windshield and sides very quickly. The defrosters didn't have to work as hard for sure.
I totally recommend the Snow Brum for anyone that has to deal with snow and has to park outside.
