so my younger kid got a monchhichi as otoshidama from grandma (japanese tradition, kids get money on new years day) since he also sucks his thumb.

he looked at it and called it 'unchi chii.' (unchi means doodoo)

Its cold outside today. I can tell by the amount of condensation frozen on the windows of the house (on the inside).

Its a hard mix of how much humidifier I run in the house. Usually I run it at night to prevent colds/soar throat and shut it off in the morning.

Not sure if I'm going to do anything outdoors today. But I do need to plan out my budget for this year for my hobbies.

ate so much meat over NYrs eve we went without any meat proteins today (well, kids had milk and I had a little cup of yogurt).

Had lots of veggies and veggie proteins and a lean(?) diet. very low in fat but I had tons of carbohydrates (mochi) so kids might be good, I think I consumed too much. Hahahaha.

Tomorrow going to make some j-curry and enjoy our last day off. this 1.5wk break went by in a flash.

Yet again another cold day with condensation frozen on the inside of our windows in the house.

Which means no car things outside again today, hahaha. . Need to go wash both FitS's this week when it's above 20F and dry. Haven't washed it since Thanksgiving.
I looked at my neighbor's freshly washed FX35 and was kinda jealous how clean it was.

Ken,

Sorry for the late reply! I really appreciate you taking the time to type up the DIY! I need to search for the needed parts and will more than likely be getting back to you once it's time to install!

Davela- no problem! . Here's a list of stuff I used that was in my bb's memo:

- Daikei S-317 (but wrong SRS connector)
DC5 hubs works as well.

- Daikei BS-30 (30mm spacer)
- Momo champion
- Daikei 9/360 Alignment Spacer
Momo
- Tools: 14mm socket, T30 - steering
10mm - battery, 3mm hex for Momo

Hope this helps!

Happy to see no frost on the windows of my house this am.

Also noticed that sunset is becoming later. First signs of spring coming!

Lots of snowage today, wife let me use my FitSW (with WS60) so the drive was confidence inspiring. no issue.

Not sure about tomorrow... I need to take my FitS and we're expecting more snow tonight. hahahaha. Trying to not buy any snows...

Ciao from Italy,
today with horrible weather. I seem I remember some posts of yours about the benefits of a light pulley. Am I right? Would you suggest to get one of them, preferences?

TIA,
Stefano

stefano- weather is better here today...but still lots of snowage to plow this am.

i am not the one that posted about the pulley. i dont really believe in reduction pulleys unless it's for a supercharger.

Streets were pretty much cleared of snow so my FitS did ok... But in some areas batches of snow kept me awake.
