For some reason my outlook at work decided to flake out on me. Connects/disconnects to the server at random.

Anyway, gotz the IT guy looking at it.

So been using my bb most all afternoon...the funny is even so, I'm still running pretty much like normal so no one can really tell I'm not at my desk.

Looking forward to my drive home in my FitS.

My pc at work is still dead...so working off my bb again.

My FitS's clutch has had that shudder from about 5K miles and now with the stock muffler it makes it feel worse.

Seriously... the megan has quite a bit of feelable gains just from that axleback.

I'm on the other side of the slope of ownership for the FitS so I don't care, but if you guys are skeptical about these aftermarket axlebacks not giving you power, don't be.

Got word from my IT guru that he might need to get me a new pc... I just got the one I'm using like 6months ago. Toshiba needs to change their "b" to a "t" and call themselves To shita (to toilet). Hahaha

Macs are definitely cool. Us musicians often times use mac anyway, right?

Can't beat the 2second shutdown on macs.

Well, my IT guy claims the 'to shitter' mother board went to shit so he's going to order me a new one. Well, we need to use pc at work so anything other than a toshiba ill take.

got the FitSW's oil changed, wiper refills changed, washer fluid added, all the quick checks done.

motored the Z this am and was a good drive. turned the sync-rev match on and
when i entered the gate a tad off timing (usually most MT would just lock out or
give a quick grind) the syn rev match continued to keep the rev up so it was a
pretty painful grind. lol hahahaha. ouch.. so i shut it off again.

car is much more fun to drive without it on.

Motored the FitS as well... Ran some errands tonight. Stopped by my wife's work and found this awesome brick wall I can use for future photoshoots.

But not sure if people will be happy with me there on the weekends via unauthorized entry... hahahaha

Then headed over to target. Sipped on some coffee while our kids sipped on ice decaf with milk... (Bring empty coffeebeans bag, get a free cup on the house).

So a pretty much a repeat of yesterday.
Weather is awesome again.

Going to motor my Z, QD it when I get home, run some errands.

Then go motor my G and QD. Might even take my older son along.

Then going to work in the basement to clean up the warehouse area. I keep boxes from my electronics stuff for 6-7months before tossing the box.

But I will need to keep the gigangous boxes for my Roland VPiano, G8, G7, and my other fantom just in case I need to take it in for servicing in the future.

back to my FitS... it's a bargain and very hard to beat when you consider the
fun factor WHILE carrying the family around.

Back at work, hoping to get my new pc today to end the saga...

Anyway my FitS's ECU has learned the stock muffler and the bottom torque is back. At least the clutch shudder is a little less pronunced and I don't have to rev so high just to get the car going from standstill.

Looked through edmunds yesterday in search for a new car. If I decide to do a suv (which is higly unlikely) I might do a Chevy. Yah, you heard me, Chevy E-something it was called. hahaha. I like the shape and standard features...its a small suv like the CRV/Rav4. and unlike the CRV, its got a V6 option and I get Tier1 discount. Selling features is the standard backup camera, way more room inside for rear seating (great for kids)vs CRV, RSE option, nice leather interior, V6 option.

If I do a sedan, I might also throw in the latest CTS with AWD in the mix with the maxima and TSX. My neighbor has the new CTS and he luvs his car.

Like I've been saying... When the US car manuf bring nice goods to the table, I will consider it.

So kinda like this (all of these are AT)

-If minivan: honda ody...by far the bestest minivan out there. My wife wants me to get one.

-If suv: chevy e-something...keep forgetting the name.

-If sedan: Maxima, CTS

-If wagon(6MT): STI

-If coupe: hell, 6MT and I'll just keep the G. hahahaha

so i got my new pc at work and it's basically the same toshitter just a higher power version with a bigger battery. the screen on it sucks (was the same way with the previous one) but oh well.

at least i can buy stuff now during the day. hahahaha. i proactively placed an order to griot's on sunday night knowing that i wont have a pc monday at work. hahaha. (just got some maintenance stuff like SpeedShine, SprayOn wax, disposable gloves, MF bonnets for the windowwizard).

huh.... my C drive on my pc is missing all my docs. lol i think the IT guy forgot to copy it or he did and it's hidden somewhere... need to get em back.

otherwise not much car things going on today. got my griot's package and im replenished until early summer 2010 as far as detailing gear.

you guys know wat you're going to ask santa? xmas will be here in no time. i think in going to ask for a low torque cordless screw driver or a mid-power impact dewalt.

if those get rejected i suppose i can ask for a wall-mount type cabinets for the garage. i can use a couple of those right now.

here's the dewalt impact im looking at right now.

3/8 drive and $250, 125ft/lbs so enough to do lugs as well.

might also consider the lower power version for doing all other fasteners...
this one's got a 1/4" shank at 111ft/lbs.

or, since ive been using milwaukee the last couple of years with much success, something like this is also nice... kinda pricy at $299.

1/4" shank 116ft/lbs. but atleast i can use my other 18v lithium ions from my drill on this one too, i thinks.

So I guess ill enjoy 2 cups of starbucks this am while playing my piano.
