drove my '12 to work today. ofcourse i tested the new (well, not exactly new since from my G) horns under an overpass where no one else was present. sounded like an infiniti. hahaha.
butthead drivers everywhere this am. one slammed on his garbage-lebaron brakes infront of me in the left-turn lane cause this frikken loser wasn't paying attention to traffic infront. i could've stopped, but since im still breaking in the car i swirved out of the way and went around him. i missed my turn, but i still made it to work on time so who cares. i realized afterwards, i should've used my new horns! hahaha.
another suv kept changing lanes in front of me too. didn't look like he was trying to cut me off or anything, just a stupid driver not paying attention to anything around him. i am sure he will crash into a tree soon.

so im thinking about getting a few #74 bulb sockets since i have like 8 LED's still left. want to use it for something... like perhaps in the middle cup holder area or something.
i was happy to see that the blue LED i put in above the cupholder was looking good this early am.

but then again, these LED's are pretty much suppose to last the life time of the car.... so i should just solder leads to it like i did for the ignition. in this case i would leave about 2" of extra lead and solder the LED to the wire. if the LED failes in the future, i can just cut the wire and crimp a new one in.
what to do with the $5 i just saved...

woot, gotz my tracking number for the clearbra rolls for my '12 GE and 370Z.
should have them in my hands in about a week's time. perfect if i can get it before LaborDay Weekend since i have a day off work. in the mean time, i think i will make templates for the lower part of the bumper for the GE.

humm.... looks like everyone went back to school this week for college.
very quiet here on the forums and on the streets.
checked out my '12 through the office window. looking great. can't wait to drive it home in lighter traffic. hahaha.
tomorrow looks like it's going to be sunny. if not too hot, i think i will drive the G to work.

You could change out the bumper and grill and run a 09-11 bumper and mugen grill.

and here is the end result. whoever did this, karma will bite your f-king ass, so watch out!!

Ya know, I thought one time my car got keyed, then I realized I did it myself with a button on the back of my jeans when I turned around too fast.
That's how bad the paint is. My car is black, so that makes it even worse.
I'm glad it came out nice, you got lucky on that.
