Avoid Hydroplaning.

Here's a common sense idea,

When it rains,

"SLOW DOWN!"

Don't drive so fast like on a clear sunny day.

I lost Fit #1 due to worn Cooper touring tires. Worst tires I've ever had in the rain...worn or not. They were close to the wear markers and were like skating on ice at anything resembling a normal road speed through standing water. They weren't much better when new.

After that I've been using Toyo Extensa HPII's with no drama for years.

I'd use Michelin's if they made them in the profile I like.
