Door Ding Help!

So I bought my 07 Taffeta White Honda Fit Base about three weeks ago. Showroom car, with 0 Miles! Being 20 years old, I financed this car on my own with no outside help. I was excited as I have never owned a new car before (previous cars: toyota previa, toyota camry). So I woke up one morning to get something out of my car, when I notice this:

heres another angle:

This must have happened at where I work. I purposely park far away for these purposes! I dont even have plates! Anyways, my question is for anyone with past experiences. The ding is about the size of a penny, so I was thinking my only option would be paintless dent removal. any suggestions anyone?

Shameless plug of my car:

Bummer...someone got you good.

Based on my experience with paintless ding repair:

Since they got you on a crease in the panel, paintless ding repair won't be able to fix it perfectly, but they will be able to fix it pretty well. When they are done you'll be able to see where the ding was if you look close, but it won't be obvious and will look 10x better than it does right now.

It should work ditto to the above. That is a bummer! I go to work early just to get a safe spot. There is a Volvo, my Fit and a black Jetta that all park in this same area to protect each others cars. If we don't get their early we all hit the roof where no one likes to park. That is the bad part of a car without any side moldings to protect the body. If you get slammed it is going to leave a mark. Let us know how it goes and pictures once you have the repair done. Your TW is a sweet looking car - can't believe they are not making them in 2008 -

I know just how you feel... But mine's had a CREASE from someone's door too! Damn SUV's! Paintless dent repair got 99.9% of it out. Only part where you can see adistortion in the paint was at that creased area. Don't worry - get it fixed and get some painted side moldings. My moldings saved my 3x already!

They are, they're just not selling them in the US. We have them here in Canada, tons and tons of them at the moment. I think it's the easiest colour to get right now.

My question with paintless deny removal is how much do you guys think it'll cost to repair. Moneys tight when you work 30 hours a week and go to school full time. Second question: anyone in southern California (orange county) recommend a good pdr company?

A similar dent from a shopping cart cost me $650. to have repaired at the Honda Body Shop! They had to paint both doors to match the paint.

it should cost about 100$ to repair. go ask your car dealer if they work with someone maybe they can give you a good price and you can see the quality of work beforehand

That is exactly what I thought my dent would cost to repair, until I got the estimate!

My 2007 Vivid Blue Pearl Sport was only 2 months old in June of this year when it happened.

I had several dings on both doors of my civic. I got a paintless dent remover to fix them and did an incredible job! He charged me $150 dollars to get all the dings out of my doors. A couple were about the size of that one you have. Here is what it looks like today:

Try to find a place that does this...I requested the guy give me his business card for any future dents. I try and park along the edge of a parking lot...so someone can only park behind me or ahead.
