Maybe a Hybrid...fuel cel?...or one for handicapped?...

Special Needs is for handicapped use, though if they're counting that then there's actualy 4 grades of the new Fit: 2 grades of 1.3L's (GL and one more I don't recall, RL/DL?), the RS which is 1.5L only, and then the Special Needs.
