Highest Mileage Fit/ Jazz?
Honda is known for longevity. . . since the Jazz/ Fit has been out for at least 7 years . . . I'm curious as to how many miles/Km people have been able to put on their Jazz/ Fit.
-I'd also be interested in what problems high milers may have come across.

I made a thread about this... I asked people with 15,000+ miles what maintenance theyve done.
Good amount of people with 25,000+ miles on here. A lot of people have only changed their brake pads.
Im at 14,500miles. I check my brake pads often and theyre fine. Plenty left.
So far, the only thing Ive done is regular oil changes and rotations. Ive had one alignment. I only got it because my car didnt handle like others explained theirs handled. Sure enough my front toe (only adjustments allowed) was off BAD. I also have lowering springs. I got the alignment done for free too. Heheh, A friend did it at Honda.
My steering wheel is tilted a little to the left. This started recently. Probably due to Florida roads.
Found it.

Lots and Lots
We have 161,000 kms. or 100,000 miles on an 07 Fit Lx auto. Problems with door locks at 120,000 kms. lock cylinder needed replacement. Keys had to be reprogrammed. Royal pain in the butt. At 142,000 kms. one of ignition coils leaked sparks, so needed replacement. Mechanic thinks there is a design fault with these particular coils. Everything else, routine maintenance. First set of windshield wipers to be replaced now. We are very hard on cars, and interior shows every bit of neglect, no give there. However, Fit is a good little car, and still likes the road.

Fits the bill.
We live on Vancouver Island in a rural area. Driving to the city: at least once a wk. (5 hrs. return). Lots of daily work commuting. Big trip to California and another to Toronto, done. One scheduled to Oregon. Cannot say enough about the car's usefulness. The car does lack snow worthiness. We have a RAV 4 for the bad days of winter (went from 90000 to 145000 kms. in 16 months).

My '09 Fit Sport MT is now at 76,000 kms. Mostly highway kms, which probably explains the approximately 50% front brake pad material still remaining. This car has been (round-trip from Calgary) to Vancouver, San Diego and Los Angeles, New Brunswick and Saskatoon. Then back to NB and from there to Washington DC, PEI, Halifax, Cape Breton Island and Newcastle, NB.
Only issues so far came at around 50,000 kms:
1. Secondary coolant temp sensor (located in bottom of rad) crapped out and
2. 12V power outlet failed after a full day of plugging a portable drink cooler into it for an entire day.
Both of these were replaced under warranty in a quick and efficient manner by Honda with no run-around or weasel techniques on their part.
Paint appears to scratch easily though. Water-based enviro-friendly paints appear to be road hazard-vulnerable.
Winter driving behaviour is not very good on the stock tires, but with the winter tires I've mounted on a separate set of rims it is much better.

I have almost 80k miles on my Fit Sport. No problems so far. I had to replace the brake pads when I was between 25k to 35k miles because the stock pads weren't gripping on when wet. I switched to ceramic. I also did the valve adjustment and replaced the tires around 60k plus.

I've got an 07 that should be hitting 80K by the end of the week. I've done one front brake job including pads and rotors, changed the manual transmission fluid and oil changes every 6-8K. My only two problems were a bad power steering control module less than a year ago and the engine has made a loud knocking noise while idling until it reaches full operating temp. It's not your typical Honda valve tap but a knocking or slapping sound that comes from the bottom end of the engine. Who knows, Maybe it'll make this sound till 250K. Overall it's been a pretty good car.

'07 Fit with 50,000 miles. Replaced the front brakes 8000 miles ago; new tires about the same time.
Two days ago my low beams/fog lights just stopped working. Seems to be the same issue as the '02 Honda Civic (bad wiring in the steering column). High beams work fine.
Oil changes usually around 20% life remaining.
Other than the headlights, a pretty good car!
If you have the same headlight issue, call NHTSA and file a complaint.
