You know, I read every posting on this topic, but I totally missed yours the first time. Must have been 'cause I never liked math.

Anyway, I hereby relinquish my title (that I never owned in the first place) to you.

Cool thread, I was interested in the ages of the fit freaks here. I'm another 51 year old and yeah, this is my first brand new car. The closest I got before this was a 95 Dodge Neon with less than 13,000 miles that I got in on Sept 30 of 1995 and drove it until May of this year (total miles 186,900). Other cars I've had.
99 Mazda 626 (wife's car, still have)
91 Acura Integra RS (kid totaled)
58 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 dr hard top (STILL HAVE )
89 Plymouth Sundance (yucky car but a pretty silver)
86 Mercury Capri 5sp, 5L, T-tops (REALLY FUN!)
84 Pontiac Sunbird (turd car after 6 months, stuff kept breaking )
76 Pinto wagon
72 Pinto Wagon (had this 4 years)
71 Ford Ranch wagon (1 year)
67 Impala 4dr.
68 Plymouth Satalite
69 Plymouth Satalite
64 Impala 4 dr
63 Cadillac Coupe DeVille (I wish I still had this one!)
& my first car, a 65 Oldsmobile Jetstar 88

So the Fit is my 16th (or there abouts) and it's about as much fun as the Capri was!

41 y.o. and 30th car. First new one. Is there a most cars owned winner? (or is it loony to have kept track/remembered that many?)
Just bought no. 31 this summer, Chev camper van.

Im 21. I turned 21 in July. Fit is my 4th car.
Ive had my Mx-6 since I was 15yrs old; and still have it. Love the car to death.

Had a 89 Probe GT. Bought it for $500, did little mods here and there. Car was so mint. Fast, (turbo) sexy, had A/C, and got 26mpg. I got side swiped on the way to work. Old guys insurance gave my $1100. Sold the car for $1200 wrecked. Wasnt that bad.

I then got my Fit. Love her!

Later on my aunt gave me a mint 89 Grand Marquis. 65,000 or so original miles. Car was sweet!!!!!!! I drove it to keep the miles off my Fit and Mx-6. Sold it.
In 1 year I had 3 cars. Thats awesome.

You all have to remember that this poll only reflects who have found this forum and is following the debates on this forum
There are probably tousands Fit/Jazz ownerts that do NOT come into this forum and never will. So this agepoll is just a agepoll for this forum.

It would be fun to see a real poll about Fit/Jazz owner age. I'm feeling a bit alone in beeing so higly into this car, and intresting to learn more here in my area. The feeling I got by seeing what others Jazz owners in the area has done to the car, and what the car look like. Most people just have the basic version with no styling.

Im 25 and the Fit (when I buy one) will be my 3rd car. Unlike most of the young guys/girls on here I never had a brand new car when I got my license. So first car was an 88 Dodge 600 (the under carriage rotted out). Second car is the one I have now. 2000 Chevy Prism. Which Im trying to sell for $4400. Then I can buy my dream 2008 Fit Sport 5MT

I'm 31. The Fit is my first new car. In chronological order, I've owned an 89 Pontiac Grand Am, 91 Toyota Corolla, 99 Mercury Cougar, and now the Fit.

I am 22. I used to drive a 1986 Camry for ~2 years in highschool. We sold it to our neighbors at 220,000 miles and they still drive it around. I loved that car, but driving the Fit is awesome as well.

Thumbs up

34 and this is my 3rd honda

1) 1991 Honda Civic DX ---> The car was cursed I tell you! Got into a car accident 10 minutes after taking delivery on it. I rear ended a 1979 Honda Civic of all things!

Later it was carjacked at gunpoint...recovered in Georgia!

2) 1992 Honda CRX ---> fun car, sick gas mileage. Sold it like an idiot.

3) 2007 Honda Fit Sport AT - I'm almost where I want my car to be. It handles GREAT now, just need a little more HP.

26... 2nd Honda, 4th car

'92 Geo Storm
'99 Civic Si
'05 WRX STi
'07 Fit Sport

I got the Fit to make up where the STi was lacking. The 22-24 MPG was killing me on long trips, and the seats don't fold down so it had no ability to carry anything, bad news for a homeowner. But now with both, everything is balanced... like Yin and Yang, err, maybe Jekyll and Hyde?
