D Indicator Blinking

I have an 02 Honda Fit and was driving pretty hard one day when a dog ran out across the path of my car, I slammed my brakes and hit a small hole to avoid killing the dog. Now my 'D' indicator blinks as soon as I start driving, I thing it has something to do with the ABS. Has anyone has a similar problem or a solultion as how to fix it please?

flashing "D" normally indicates a transmission related problem in the TCM. Dealer.

I'm in Jamaica, there is only one Honda Dealer (ATL Motors). And it would be better if I took it to a regular garage for them to look at it. Toy Yoda, did they tell you what was wrong with it. My mechanic has one of those new pgm computers and it indicates a p1887 error i think, I'll ask him again. It could be transmission related due to how hard I had to brake.

normally a D light is a sign of a trans problem, which requires replacing a trans, well that's teh case in 98-02 accords and 2nd gen oddys, not sure how this will be fixed, but would be interested in hearing his outcome.

I have some vacation time comming up, so I'll take the car in and have photos of the computer diagnostic readout and such. This happenend because of harsh brakeing and I really think its ABS related, but I'll have a full review near the end of this month.
