How much is your insurance?

Insurance
I am with Alfa here in LA (lower Alabama) and am paying $76 a month for full coverage, with towing! I'm 42, no wrecks, no tickets, excellent driving record! I'm paying less than my '98 Escort I had! Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy

I pay $1,934.20 a year to insure my Fit Sport MT with State Farm. I am 36, no tickets, no accidents, fairly high coverage.
I live in the city of Philadelphia, so the rates are much higher than in other places in the state. I have full-tort coverage, which cost more than limited-tort in Pennsylvania. Basically in PA you can choose to give up some of your rights to sue others by selecting limited-tort insurance, and as a result you will receive lower rates.
The rate above already included nearly $600 in discounts for being accident free and for also having my homeowner's insurance with State Farm.

This thread would be very helpfull if everyone stated their age,and coverage/tickets or not etc...I will be 19 in July, and am trading in my Jeep to get a fit and start College in Florida(just put my deposit down!!!) and want an Idea of what everyone else my age is paying.
I cant wait to get this car,I love the NHBP! I love my jeep but it rides like a tractor on the highway and gets about 13 m.p.g.

OMG. never realized that insurance was THAT high in the US and Canada.
Over here, with full coverage, unlimited kms, roadside asst., passenger coverage, etc (basically the whole package), you would pay about 500US$ / YEAR!
guess we have it lucky...

I am 34 and mine is around $800 a year for full coverage with towing. That is with Farm Bureau I think that includes my renters ins. as well. I live out in the country though. And I mostly only drive to work.

Just got my full coverage insurance today on the MR sport 5sp MT... $345 for full coverage every 6 months, with a $1k deductible.
I am 24, have had ONE speeding ticket in my driving career, and one teeny tiny fender bender that was my fault (barely bumped the person's back bumper). I don't know if being married would have anything to do with insurance being a bit lower, but who knows!![Confused](https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/images/smilies/confused.gif)
So, that excites me... not even paying double what I was paying for non-full coverage on the 97 Cavalier!
Can't complain!
