Can anyone suggest somewhere in Washington or a neighbouring state that wants to sell for less than MSRP? Been trying for a few weeks without too much sucess....

 

Not to sound like a jerk, but down here in Southern California, there's 8 Honda Dealerships in the region. Of all 8 of those, 7 of them on average will price the Fit (base & sport) at $2,000 over the MSRP + a protection package of wheel locks, mud guards, and a trunk tray. 3/8 of them will also tint the windows. This additional equipment can range from $300-$600 over the window sticker. Only one dealership that I know of doesn't do this, and I'm not saying names until I drop my deposit on a Fit for myself .

To get one at MSRP + tax, title, and tag isn't exactly a bad deal right now. The myth about "not paying for destination" is stupid. If you don't want to pay for it, then fly over to Japan and swim it over yourself.
