Texas Window Tint? lying dealership

i had my windows tinted at Lute Riley Honda in Dallas Texas the front corner glass (triangle glass between the side mirrors and windshield pillars) according to this dealership is illegal n Texas so i asked, why? well i had already received my car back and payed when i saw this. they refused to tint the windows and would not help me out at all i said OK if your not going to complete the job then peel it all off an i will have it done somewhere else. they refused. i went to the police station they printed out the laws and i took it to the dealer. long story short all my windows are tinted

Yeah, technically speaking the front side windows are still considered side windows and have to comply to the tint limit (25%) just like the passenger front and driver front windows.

The only window that "can't really" have tint on it is the windshield here in Texas. You are allowed any "eye brow" tint that runs across the top of the windshield but it cannot fall below the AS-1 line or be 5 inches from the top of the windshield to the lower most point of said "eye brow tint" when measuring from the inside of the car.
