No, it's a really nice touch. You have the wiper, and you have the washer, and together you're able to see out the back no matter how dirty things get.

Once the wiper is unplugged, does the squirter still work?

I may modify mine for when people ride my ass, joggers, etc.

That's an idea I was thinking about. Maybe redirecting the stream of washer fluid to point out towards the car behind you!!!
We could even go one further as to put yellow food coloring in the washer fluid as it would look like pee!!! LOL

^^^Thank you, finally someone who doesn't live in a 72-and-sunny state.

You CAers can lose your wipers, but here in rain-snow-salt land, they're invaluable.

I live in sunny So Cal.....but lately I have been using it alot. It is a safety feature IMO....why would you want to devalue your car?

dude...if youre talking about getting the panel off on the inside of the hatch all you have to do is pull it off, its held on with the same clips most door panels are held on with....

how would this devalue your car? its not like anyone said throw it in the trash when you take it off....it takes the same 10 minutes to put it back on that it did to take it off.

I've seriously tried that, pulled really hard matter of fact, i remove the two clips at the bottom and still haven't gotten it to come off, i'll try again i guess... weird.

when you go to ace you will go back to where all the screws and bolts are...i looked around for a while and finally i found a section where there is alot of plugs....they are in drawers so it will take a minute to find the one you need...i bought 2-3 different sizes as they were only .50 a piece or so. ace has there stuff all over the place on that isle so itll take a few to find the plugs.
