Well I had a request for this and wanted to see what you guys though. As you guys know Im looking to do as much as I can for the fits and I want to go with the most requested. So here we are! The back yard special replica spoiler interest thread!

The ones for the civic around between $700 - $1000

Id price the ones for the fit between $250 - $400 unpainted, carbon fiber, painted, etc.

Here are pictures of it on the civics.

I have a pretty big plate already Id hate to take more on then I can with out any help and upset some of you guys

haha thats awesome. i like how it looks but i wonder how it would look on a fit.

my guess is that this wing is pretty much for looks and serves no purpose in aero? LOL

damn that thing looks like an airbrake. i wonder how much downforce it produces in relation to drag. if it gets the job done though, sweet.

This is sweet. I'd rather see you make a spoon style spoiler for the GD that is a direct bolt on. You would get so much interest. You would have my money.

^ Can I have your money anyways? lol jk

I assume the spoiler would be ideal for dragging. As for a spoon spoiler that bolts onto OEM. I might do a spoon style spoiler that goes on OEM bolts, but I am first going to try to see how the interest goes for this.

Yes they would. And this is why. When I get ready to install the pieces that will secure into the hatch, I will first put the bolts and studs in the hatch as if there was a product on top of it, then I place the spoiler over teh studs and bolts and fiberglass it all together so when I pull the product off, the bolts and studs come with it thus giving you a perfect fit

I have always loved the BYS spoiler for civics but am also curious how it would look on a fit. This is one of those styles that if it is a little off it could look horrible.
