Does that mean a 17x7 with a 36 offset will fit too (5x100)?
Sorry for the nub q.

The 17X7 ET40 is a little low so stay narrow with the tires. I would go with a 205/40R17 tire and it should be fine. If I can help with the wheel and or tires let me know if I can help.

I'm looking to upgrade my wheels too. I found some '98 Honda Civic Ex rims and some HX rims both with 185/65 14 tires. Will these work with my base model? Is $300 a good price?

What if the tire size were 195 60 14. Would that work too?

they all will fit, but the rubbing will still be there FYI

I'm liking all of them, but the red set is my favorite.

The 40mm offset is aggresive and is probably going to rub without rolling the fenders.

that size fit but it will rub. Im having that problem right now. you should probably go with a +42 offset.
