You are going to rub, the offset is low enough for you to catch the rear bumper's tab and possibly the screw attaching the bumper to the body. If you have a GD (see my sig) then it is recommended that you run a +45 offset to avoid rubbing when lowered.

I ran +42 offset on my 16's and only had light rubbing up front from big bumps. I had the same tire size, 205/45/16. My 15's offset is +32 front and +27 rear. The fronts rub about the same as before and the rears are only just rubbing the inner fender lip on medium to hard bumps.

im planning to change my wheels to RE-30 with +40 offset.. that is why im asking hehehehe.. guess im gonna have to stick to what i have now.. thanks for the info..
