Wheel Opinion Thread

so here's the car (not the exact one... but you get the idea):

the car isn't getting lowered... so that's out... BUT...

i've decided on 16x7 white wheels... paired w/ a set of conti dws 205/45-16... i've seen another gd vbp on here with the slips, but that's about it... any opinions are welcome!

so here are the options:

rota slipstream

rota circuit 8

rota gt3 (white w/ pol lip)

bc p1 sf

I would take the BC as that's a real wheel. Cost about the same for all of them anyway. I had the BC before and the quality was excellent. Got it from Evasive for 110 a piece in 15".

I am getting ready to buy new rims and have had a horrible time deciding on which ones - the Buddy Club would be a better rim and higher quality. Rotas are good but you never know how good they will hold up for you. I think the BC would look great on your Fit. Where are you ordering from and how much are those rims?

I had really thought of getting my stockers powder coated and then buy another set for winter use. I always thought Buddy Clubs were really expensive but they are not that bad at all. I am serioulsy leaning towards just purchasing the Buddy Clubs in white. I wish I could see them on MR Fit GD3.

White 16x7 wheels are a nice choice for a non-lowered GD Fit.

Rota Circuit 8s would be good, pretty lightweight too for a cast 16x7 wheel. From my experience on Circuit 10s in the same size, they will absolutely not shatter on you, although they're not immune to bending.

P1 SFs are nice too if you can pony up the extra dosh.

Don't get the Rota GT3s, I think there's not enough offset on those. They rubbed on a friend's GD.

I say gt3's. If there isn't enough room, roll the fenders

from my experience with Rotas, there pretty good for the price. Every set is going to be different. I mean i went head on to a curb and shattered my front lip and the wheels held up perfectly fine. Nothing happened to them. Not even a slight bend. BC would be nice too. I've seen a few fits with them on here but not the right combo that iwould like to see.

and that's what i'm having a hard time with... i know the bc's would look really good lowered, but i'm not so sure at stock height... but it's really the same with the rest of the wheels...

all of the wheels have a 40-42et...

anyone with photoshop skills?
