Why do people hate Rota?

Seriously. Why? Sure they are knockoffs and not forged but not everyone can afford legit rims.

i dont HATE them, i just wont rock them. i have contimplated about rocking them several times, but i just cant let myself stoop down to the rota level.

EVERYONE CAN afford legit WHeels. you just have to save up longer.
i would rather rock oem wheels untill i can afford the Wheels i really Want! rather then just sell my oem wheel and get a rota.

I don't blame anybody for getting them though, I am picking up a set of Rota's myself because they are dirt cheap.

I put an order in for 15" Rota Circuit 10's. I am signed up for White wheels, but if Silver becomes available I will be getting those instead.

Only 12lbs, plus you can't go wrong for the price and they have a +45 offset.

I am partial to white, is a pain to clean.

I had a choice between Bronze, White or Black w/ Red lip.

i just ment the wheel in general.

white is already hard to keep clean. then you add that style of rim..and its a PAIn in the ass.

Yes they are going to be hard to keep clean but that is what I want for my car too. I am keeping fingers crossed as my job finishes up this Friday and if I don't find something quick the income tax refund that was for my new rims and tires may have to go for house payment and food. Urgh! This economic mess is making me mad!

I highly agree with this here. I am checking the difference between Rota and the brand names that they copy and the price IMO isn’t that much of a difference.

I hope you know there is more than one way of getting a lady haha

Anyway back on the subject, the main thing I dislike Rota is that they just can’t come up with their own design. In order for them to exist, they have to copies other. I mean where is the real hardship in that. A bunch of crocks you tell me.

because when rota copies a rim, the original, nicer and more awesome version is ruined. no one knows it even exists. and then all those people who bought the real deal nice ones get complimented on their fresh ass rotas.

the impact that breaks a "fake" rim will break an expensive rim, and an oem rim. a picture like that is bullshit.
