My new favorite wheels.
Enkei Sport RC-T4 - tarmac rally competition MAT DURA cast wheels

They're offered in two sizes that fit the criteria of this thread.
15x6.5 +45 4Hx100, 75mm hub bore
15x7.0 +48 4Hx100, 75mm hub bore

Sadly I can't find weight info yet, but if it's good enough for tarmac rally purposes it should be plenty light enough for most of us.

Ce28N's are light rims but really expensive! Another option is the Buddy Club QF. 16x7 (not sure what offset) is 11 lbs. I believe.

Pictures if you have a chance?

Let me know if you find the weights and I will add them onto the list

What is the available offset for these? I will put them up if they come in a high offset!

Heck I'll try to buy a set and weigh them myself.

It's just a matter of finding a seller or importer here...I've already seen the Enkei RC-T4s in gold 18x8.5 form on an Impreza STi.

Good chance you'll be OK on an 09 or 10.. Offset is a little tight but slightly smaller tire diameter will likely work it OK

Very surprized so few Enkei's make the list since they're Japanese; they do have a few more at 42et though.

I've got to echo the comments above about manufacturer's providing more info (via downloadable catalog or webpage). So many do not provide pretty basic things such as offset; do they just expect people to buy based on the photos? Other sites like Tirerack (retailer) or Rial(manufacturer) only let one see what wheels they have based on selecting a vehicle first. Some retailers have very hard to use set ups where you have to scroll a spaced out table with every size, offset, color, and bore diameter, instead of having drop down menus (ie Assaultech).

Rota Slips +45 Discontinued

FYI;

ROTA Slips at +45 offset have been discontinued for 15" wheels. Also seems to be pretty hard to get Circuit 8's leaving you with only Rota Circuit 10's for the 15" size.

I didn't list it because the offset is not at least +45, as an example there are lots of lightweight Konigs that are 40+ offset I would have to add to the list to be fair. They are certainly an option for people that don't mind minor rubbing or want to get into rolling fenders, shaving clips and cambering the wheels.

I wanted to get a list that was specifically wheels that were +45 and higher to minimize rubbing. I am not saying +45 will eliminate rubbing, but in my own experience it seems to make a significant difference. It is difficult to find wheels with this offset, hopefully this will help anybody looking for them.

bump on this one.. im looking for +45 offset too

I ended up ordering some Bronze 16x7 Rota C10's +45 offset. I had bought a set of 16 in MSR's with new 205/45/16 tires. But with more than 2 people it would rub on bumps. I had no idea that the offset had to be so high when I purchased the car. I just ran out and bought the first set of 4x100 rims and tires that I thought would look good on the Fit. BIG MISTAKE!! I can't find an offset # on the MSRs, but from the way they stick out, I would guess they are +38. Oh well I learned a lesson, and at least the tires are good.
