Which wheels should i get?
Alright, here's my dilema. I've got 3 offers for wheels. Here's what i look like now:
16" Work Emotion CR's in Bronze: 16x7 with 205/45R16's
blue Work Aluminum lugs
My options are:
1) Sell them and buy brand new Rota Slipstreams 15x7
2) Trade these for used Slipstreams, 15x7 plus cash
3) Trade these for some bronze Wedsport SA-90's 15x7 plus cash
4) Keep these and spend more money and figure out why they rub.
PS: the reason i'm selling these is becasue they rub like a mo-fo!!

I say keep what ya got and go from there. Slips are getting as common as heliums around here and if you go with the works i would have to suggest a drop of some kind otherwise it will look funny. Just my thoughts

Do NOT get slips, i repeat DO NOT get slips. Your wheels right now are badass, it will look sick if you just drop your car. If your deadset on getting new wheels i say get Wedsport SA-90's.

I CAN'T DROP MY CAR!!!!
This is the thing, I'm riding at stock height and if i have anyone over 100lbs in the left side passenger seat, I'll rub like MAD!! IF i've got someone under 100lbs in the left side passenger seat, i can't make a right turn over 60km/h without rubbing. Without ANYONE else in the car, just be, i can't go above 80km/h over a dip in the road without rubbing. I've taken my car to 2 bodyshops, i've taken a look at it and no one can see where it's rubbing. I've even had my fenders rolled to take that out of the question. I"ve shaved off the excessive plastic where the rear bumper and the rear quarter panel meet inside the wheel well on both sides. Iv'e got 16x7 with +35 offset. According to Work's themselves, these should have no problems at all. I'm running 205/45R16's. Trust me, i'd LOVE to keep these but i can't figure out what else to do to make them "Work"

1) Sell Work wheels and get the Weds. How much were you looking at unloading these for anyways? Might be able to get a decent set of other wheels as well!
2) Wait for T1R Struts. It will have camber adjustment on it!

I say keep the Work's
i run a +44 offset on mine
IMO i think if the emo's were silver or powdercoated white with different color lugs it would look much better!
Suggestion: Save up for supercharger

Keep em
Keep the ones you got, even though trade them plus cash is what I would usually do, but the wheels you got are some of the best looking wheels I have seen on a fit, I was actually considering this set. My fit is the same color to now I know what they will look like. thanks

Hey, I just found out that teh SA-90's are discontinued. Therefore, if i want them, I'll have to trade with the used set.
Here's the thing. I don't understand why my wheels are still rubbing. With 16x7 +35, i SHOULD have no problems. 205/45R16 shouldn't be too big either. Trust me, I DONT want to sell my Emotions. I love them! But i'm sick and tired of rubbing.

'slips are played out'
'everyone and their mother has slips'
'slips this'
'slips that'.
i dunno about YOU guys, but i have yet to see any fits in my area with so much as aftermarket rims. but i guess i'm just lucky.
even so, if i were to, i wonder how many of them would be rocking slips.
probably not very many.
and there are only a handful of folks who have them on this sight, so at the very least, the exaggeration is entertaining.
i wonder if he was contemplating getting desmond reggamasters, if the backlash would be as great?
I say, if you want to lower your car, get something that makes YOU happy, and allows for the drop. If you want to keep stock height, continue with the idea of getting what you want and just keep it stock height.

what suspension are you riding stock? maybe you have a bad set...not saying you will see where the rubing is, but try changing the suspension before sellig the wheels...IF you sell the wheels how much? i'm looking for a set of these..they are undamaged right? no road rash or curb marks? (cant see pics)
