Usually the wheel vendor will have the correct size centering rings to fit.

You can also measure the wheels inner hub opening and purchase plastic or metal rings at

Wheel Hub Centric Rings - buy wheel hub rings online from 1010tires.com

Honda hub bore is 56.1mm

Your aftermarket wheels will likely have an opening that is much larger than 56.1 so you can measure them or have a aftermarket wheel shop measure for you with calipers.

I bought wheels from tirerack and they came with rings 73.1 / 56.1mm.
