what color should i paint my rota slip streams
i just picked up another set of rota slip streams (15in this time) for track use. im going to powder coat them but i cant decide on a color. i want to paint them the ugliest color possible, but i still want them to go with the black paint. i was thinking either bright neon green or a dark pink. any suggestions??

it doesnt have to be one of those two colors. those were just the first that came to mind. i may even use auto paint so i can practice shooting a candy finish. ive always wanted to try it but never had anything to paint a weird color. although auto paint is heavier than powder coat. i dunnooooo

damn, i thought posting this thread would make it easier for me to decide on a color, but it has just made it harder. every suggestion that has been posted is a good suggestion. except doo doo brown hahaha,,,now if it were given a fancy name like root beer it makes the color sound more appealing hahaha

yea that would look good, but i live in san francisco, and those are giants colors. and i dont like the giants. also, i dont wanna be that guy with a sports team color scheme. my dad had a red and gold bronco back in the day with 49ers logos embroidered in the seats and in retrospect, it was the stupidest looking car ever!
my friend painted his engine block a few years back with blue paint with a red pearl and it turned out this weird, milky pink. i think i might do that. or a nice ferrari yellow

HAHAHAHAHA! I love that suggestion! If you're powdercoating, they make a wrinkle finish that's matte and crusty as hell. You could go that route in a light, sherbert-orange!
