totally know how you feel!

do that many people really have konig heliums? i know a couple of users on the site that do, but i didn't think it was so bad that you would want to avoid them.

i personally am really stuck between those and the 5zigen fn's. those are like the best 5 spoke rim ever!

There is a user here who has them in 15's, and i agree, they look to small. I think its a combination of the style and the fact that he is not lowered. have a 205/50 tire size helps. But i think if you were to get the fn's, 16's are the way to go. The gram lights, like the one in on that NBP fit you posted, don't look to small in 15's, again because of the style and because he is lowered.

I think both of these rims would look much better in 16's. Decisions decisions!

What website sells those gram replicas in the first pic of your post by the way?

we have a HUGE wheel well. those 15s look small because the silver lip.

i dont know...thats just me though.

sttich car looked nice because his car is smaller, well shorter i should say.. kinda like the eg/ek hatches...they look great with 15's because they have small wheel wells and that they are small in general. but the 4 doors look better with 16" rims..because of the bigger car.

just my opinion.

if i rocked 15's i would have to be LOW ...im talking low to the point where its un driveable, becuase it looks better.

heh

my car is lowered on df210 so im pretty sure im going to rub with 16,
so i think its doing to be the konigs, or the the spun, or one last surprise, the wedsport sa90, in 15, i can get them but will have to use my stock tires to save money. the enkeis do look to small on the fit in 15, and so do the 5zigens, maybe if you lowered it would look a little better, by the way the spun wheels are from robear racing, for around 500 shipped, no tires of course. i want to thank everyone who has chimed in on this i really didnt expect such a big response. but then again this is fitfreak.

why does everyone here keep saying our fits have HUGE wheel wells? we have tiny ones especially compared to most other newer cars. i have had tons of civics and integras, our wells are every bit as small as an eg. i think 15s look fine on a fit, if it is lowered the right amount like sttich's car is. his car has different bumpers, im sure the fender wells are the same size as ours. i traded in a 96 accord for my fit. those have huge fender wells, you can lower them to the ground and not ever worry about rubbing.

same here. im not too worried about getting them stolen, but im not
willing to spend a lot on wheels that will get salted on during the winter
and possibly bent in pot holes from daily driving in the dark. i just can't
see all the pot holes in the snow/rain. lol

ive not had the DZ's long enough to make a statement on paint
durability, but the thing about these wheels is that if it gets nasty
you can repaint them yourself, or just get another wheel.

at $85 a pop, who cares. it's like a dixie cup.

as far as function, they spin fine. no vibrations or anything.

most major expensive wheel manufacturers will only warrant the finish
for one year. somewheels with anodized finishes dont last one wash due
to staining from cleaners... the only big difference then is weight... and
these DZ's at 15x7 they dont weight that much anyway.

please help make final choice

as the title says these are the two looks im really torn between,
i think i like the works the best, but will be going with the replica from drag if i go that route, or its the 5zigens, so its down to those two finally.

imo, the 5 zigens look great in a 16...but in a 15 they leave a bit to be desired. I think they are the perfect color bronze, but i'd chose the other ones if 15's are what you are deciding on.

its RacerDre from CA, and they are 15'' works, the real, but now he is rolling 16'' bronze volk te37, also the real deal, (baller),i think they look bigger than 15 in the pics, but thats the rim i getting as well, except my broke ass is going with the drag replicas. i might get some bronze wheels in a few months as a second set, but for now i want the wheel that stands out the most from all the wheels i like.

japspeed- fyi the DR21's on my car are starting to show some corrosion on the lips (front wheels only). the rears look fine. it's been through one
month of saltbelt midwest winter washed maybe 3 times. i wanted to
wash more, but it was just too damn cold (10F) or just wet weather
all throughout.

im not 100% sure if the DR's come with clearcoat on the lips... the
spokes look fine. i think im going to get another set later on and
wrap some summers on them. might do a TE37 look in gunmetal.

just something to think about.

hey kenchan, wow thats too bad, but like you said at least they are cheap, im hoping it has more to do with the salt and only three washings, im still going to get my drags dr20s, i live in florida so no road salt, just a little salt in the air if your close to the beach, plus i wash mine weekly since its never really that cold here. c mack9, i also daily drive mine and no garage so im with you on that, but i would like to have a nice set of volks or advans just for show or weekends sometimes. so your gonna go with 16s?
