195/55/15 rim width=7" offset 38, with stock supsension, is rubbing Possible at all?

I put on some alloy wheels that is 7" wide, offset 38+, with some 195/55/15 tires, and I always drive with no passenger. Also, the car has the stock suspension (the car has not been lowered), is it possible for the wheel to rub the fenders or body at all? Cos sometime I heard some weird noise, sounds like rubbing...any help?

but if the tire even rub on stock suspension, then what are all these people talking about no rubbing when the car is lowered with the 38+ or less offset?
