fourth of july gas prices!
It's that time of the month again....
for the gas price poll
For me, in rochester, ny, gas went up only 14 cents...
$4.19 per gallon
Please vote for the lowest price (87 octane) in your area, and comment with your area, higher prices, increases within the last month, thoughts on the future prices, and whatever else.
1USD=.5GBP=1.02CAN from xe.com
1 gallon=3.78 litres
the poll will be closed on monday.
June poll
(for all you non USA fitfreaks, July 4 is USA Independence day, in which Americans buy a lot of stuff, go grilling, drink crappy beer, and watch fireworks)

$4.39/Gallon here in Anchorage. $4.84/Gallon in Valdez, where I will be tomorrow thru Sunday.
(For all you people who live below the 60th parallel, enjoy your fireworks. Heaven forbid the sun sets before August and lets us have them some other time than New Years.)

If trend of oil speculation continues, gas might reach $5 (or $6 in California) by the end of this year; Honda Fit (either new or used) would be in high demand, along with hybrid auto vehicles – due to convenient factor and great gas mileage. Put differently, specifically for two-car household, would one make a profit selling an used Honda Fit?

Drove through BC this weekend, gas was $1.46/L in the mountains
Let's see 1.46/L = 5.54$ Gallon.... add in the Canadian exchange rate of $1.0 CAD = $1.021 USD and I just paid $5.65 USD for a gallon of fuel. yeessh!
