VIN decoding
Hello,
I've been searching for a TW/black sport MT for a little bit. However, I'm noticing more dealers that I'm finding do not put the colour of the vehicle. Is there anyway to determine the cars colour from the VIN?

My dealer told me once it hits the shore, they would be able to tell us what color the car is

I haven't found anything yet for decoding the Fit's VIN and there isn't a number on my Integra's VIN that indicates color.

I don't think that is true. I went to the dealership to look at a fit in person and they told me that they had two MT fit's (one orange and one black) coming in mid to late march. Neither of them had even begun to be built in Suzuka. So I can only assume that the dealership knows exactly was is available to them from Japan.
Didn't know what I was thinkin! lol.. I remembering them telling me mine was White AT and it hasn't hit the US shores yet. Until then, they don't know the ETA!

yes
actually they should have the manifest with them. the dealers i went to all had the inventory stock list with them before they even got the cars. i just called they checked what was comming in and they told me the time frame, then it was just a waiting game thats all.

the dealer should know the color, but it could always show up a different color, that somebody messed up typing or writing stuff down
