Fit 2nd Gen Lowering

Looking to lower 09 Fit Sport. Please need help as ths is new to me.

I'm being told and also by product video Ebach. That I can just lower the car by switching out the springs if all I want is a lower stance without all the performance and still achieve a pleasant ride. This car is a daily driving car. I see customers in it.
Do you find this information correct? This would be ideal. To save from going over to Coilover.

Please if you can suggest the following:
If lI ower the car and keep wheels @ 16 teens
What size rim & tire would I use to give it a little
Wider stance.
Or do you go by an off set.
This is getting hard o explain.
I want car lower then it is now OEM.
I want car ride to stay comfortable.
I would like to stay with 16’s
I like that flush look or close enough
Do I purchase rims with a slight offset
Do I order rims slightly wider from the OEM.
I want to the car to look sophisticated clean

Yet I would like car to have more of an aggressive look
Truly love this car. I was able to Fit 15 mulch bags inside this car.
My previous Car 06 XB. Gave it over to my son. Truly enjoyed that car
Love small cars that are diffrent in design. The Fit is an excellent car.

You can lower the car slightly and still maintain a comfortable ride on stock shocks, but not much, maybe only 1-1.5 inches.

There's TONS of info here on FitFreak regarding suspension, take a look through the threads in the suspension subforum to get some ideas of what you're working with, all of your questions have been covered there more than once.

Good luck

Wanderer, I’m new to this forum stuff. Will take up your advice. i guess at times we want our answers as in yesterday. So many threads it’s a bit over whelming/confusing. Yet I should take some time and research.
Peace TGIF Jesse from Miami.
