spacer question.

I thought I had seen a thread about spacers and what works, but cant seem to find it. My question is I have stock Sport wheels, and swift sport springs. I am pretty sure people had said a 20mm spacer would be great with no problems.

Just want to confirm. I actually had a store online tell me that I could use a 38mm... seems a bit much, wow.

thanks in advance

The thing about spacers is... they act like wheels with lower offsets. So, just look for threads that talk about various offsets (and even comparable tire widths).

For reference, I'm on Swifts, using 205/50/16 tires on 16x7" +43 wheels. Basically, it sticks out about the same as using 20mm spacers (10 from the wheel, 10 from the tire).

The front rubs a corner on the inner liner if you hit a bump during hard turns.

edit: oops, i was wrong about the offset of my wheels. corrected the above part.

15mm front and 25mm rear are the best fit.
