The only think i know about Ground Control Coilovers is how much they kick ass on a Neon!! They also should be excellent on the Fit but i don't know!

I had them on both of the vehicles below and loved them....nothing bad to saw....
1st of all they come with eibach springs which are great..stock stocks will wear down faster if dropped really low....but even blown stock shocks do not ride bad in my opinion with the ground controls.........also when installing, make sure you use the o rings between the coilover sleeve and the shock body....it will stop rattling or squeaking....and if they is some movement or play....go to local hardware store and buy a rubber type material to make the sleeve fit tight against the shock body....on my yellow mazda i used an old bicycle tire inner tube cut up and wrapped it around the shock body to take out any play..........shoot some pics after you get them.....

Mostly lots of autocross or track people uses them... mainly use if youre putting your own coilover.

i recommend getting some adjustable shocks if u get the GC sleeves... any major increase in spring rate with stock shocks will give u a bit of a bounce due to them being oversprung...
