STock Springs.. which side?

So I'm putting my stock springs back on the fit (sold car).. And was wondering about the Springs.. I know the bigger ones go in the front and the smaller go to the back.. but which side is up/down? Is there a difference between left and right?
Pics would help..

Thanks!

i dont think there was a L/R difference. i know some of the civics had particular wind direction on the coils but i think the Fit was same on both sides. (someone correct me if im wrong, i dont remember).

wat i usually do is place the spring on the mounts and see how it aligns on the pressure imprint from your previous spring. usually it will line up perfectly so just fiddle around with it a few times and you should be able to figure out the orientation.
