Installed GTSpec Bars Front and Rear Cage

Got in the GT Spec Front tower bar and Rear Tower bar with the Cage kit,

Made a big difference for body roll, Took the fit to the track the next day. Big Difference from the last time I autocrossed it.

I was thinking about the cage. I'm going to get that, along with J's c-pillar and X-bars. Gonna have so many bars back there hahah I just wish the ends weren't blue

You really can tell a difference when turning? Not as much flex/roll?

Yes, I could tell that the had made a difference. When I took it to the track, I could tell from coming out of a corner and going in to the next there was no feeling that the rear end was floating. I also have the c-pillar bar, and progress rear sway bar.

rear swaybar will reduce bodyroll, not strutbars

+1 agree. Strut bar for FIT doing nothing I would go for rear sway bar for sure. its more effective.

Body Roll or Body Flex it all sucks.

Already have the sway bars, did not do enough. Still felt like it could be better. and now it is.

I was just waiting to find a company that made the cage but did not kill the trunk space, like the X brace.

Also, Weapon R makes a trunk cage, for anyone who wants to compare. I just like the color black, so I'll get Weapon R. Pretty sure both do the same thing.

You have a DIY on the trunk cage? Mine just came via UPS literally 5 minutes ago and it's semi-raining a bit but I wanna put this on! I have the Weapon R cage, basically the same design, just black ends

Both Gtspec and Weason R rear strut with trunk bar are made in China by the same factory.

Personally I wouldnt recommend ppl go for it due to its just waste of $.

Best rear strut bar for Fit GD3 so far is CUSCO which is mount to the body not the rear shock by one bolt.
