Comfortable Setup

Comfortable Setup
Ok...Who here lives in the NY metro area(or any city with bumpy roads) that can honestly say their lowered Fit is offering a comfortable ride?
If you think you have that magic setup, let me know.

As Ken said, EnduraTech is known as the "comfort coilover" for the GD3.
Will offer a lowered stance with a good smooth ride.
Or if you want to go the lowering springs route, Progress or Swift springs will be your best bet for comfort.

Lowered and a comfortable ride? Get springs. If you want adjustment and a nice ride listen to above.
Although theres some people that complain their Fits ride bad on springs. If youre one of those people keep it stock.
Even the Fit stock isnt the smoothest ride. Its a tiny wheel base car.

Over here in the Philippines, Fit/Jazz owners seem to swear that lowering springs improve the ride of the stock suspension a lot. From what I've heard, Tanabe NF210s give the best ride so far, next to Espelir ASD and Tein H-/S-Tech.
I don't know if Tein offers the H-Tech (aka High-Tech) springs over there though. Basically they're the same as the S-Techs but are colored gold and deliver a milder drop. The two sets of springs have the exact same spring rates.
I've sampled Tein Super Compact coilovers while in the back seat of a friend's boosted Fit/Jazz and they're quite good for daily driving too.
Unfortunately there's only so much that springs and coilovers can do for the ride quality of our cars - the suspension design (made to control the body movements of a relatively tall car) and the short wheelbase are non-negotiables. Fits/Jazzes are never going to ride like limos but at least one can mitigate the harshness somewhat.
