lowering spring/camber kits/shocks

hi everyone,i'm planning to get some lowering springs and i just want to know if i need any camber kits or anything. Also can i just do springs with stocks shocks?

yes you can use the stock shock most of the people do. as for cambers I did use camber bolts on mine coz I didn't want my tires to be worn out quickly and did some alignment but I hear some people didn't have to.

Lowering springs with stock shocks will shorten the life of the shocks.

Also, get an alignment after you lower your car. The toe will probably be outa whack. It's best, though not necessary, to get camber bolts. You can feel a difference with the right camber angles on the stock suspension alone.

Hey Jadie Like everyone said you can run lowering springs with stock shocks, its what most people are doing right now. That is what I am running on right now, until I pick up my coilovers this week. Camber bolts are not required but it will help depending on how low the drop is.

I am on Tanabe DF210s with stock shocks, I have camber bolts from SPC but not installed. I will probably install them when I install my coilovers.

I got mines here Honda 2007 Fit SPC Performance Camber Kits

There petty good....still need to install the shims. FYI I'm at -1.5 camber and 0 toe at front....but for rears, it's stock (-1.5 left, -2 right -_-)
