HELP - Lowering my FIT Please

Hi all

I am lowering my fit this week. Now.

I think Eibach or H&R. but I do not want creaking

anyone suggestions. and what about shocks should I get new ones.

thanks

PS, Where do I get the torque spec for the bolts or are there are instructions online

I'd wait til settling the wheel/tire combio first. Lowering on a 38 mm offset wheel is really risky.
If you limit lowering to 1.5" you shouldn't need new shocks unless you look for improvement t6here too.
