Coilover Comparison Thread
#61
So, if I was strictly using my fit for street use and just wanted to lower my fit and obviously make the handling better, what coilovers should I go with? Should I just get springs? Ive searched the forum and cant really find any advice on this subject, just a bunch of people being biased about their brand haha. Someone please help me here!

^ you should read the suspension chat/theory sticky. I'll summarize the thread by saying this: springs actually make your car handle worse than stock. If you are interesting in aesthetics alone, springs are fine. If, however you are trying to improve handling, you should save the $200 you would spend on springs and invest in a set of decent coilovers.
As for coilovers, Skunk2 pro-c or Enduratechs. Skunks are more adjustable (and expensive). The enduratechs are a good daily-driver-friendly coilover.

I can get skunk2 pro-c's for only $200 more than endura-techs. For DD + some spirited driving, whats everyones opinions? I read that the skunk2's can be camber, height, and stiffness adjusted..this true?
Anyone on here w/ endura-techs that needed camber?
