How are the struts/shocks holding up?

I just got my Progress springs today and before putting them in I was wondering on how well the stock struts and springs are holding up? I went with the Progress springs because they are the smallest drop and lowest spring rates so it should cut down the wheel gap but still ride nice. Am I gonna run into issues going through the stock struts and shocks? Is it a common problem to kill them with lowering springs?
