i put my rear sway bar in today. i grinded down the bolts, and no fitment issues!!! also no squeaking. absolute perfect install. ill post pics of my bolt heads to show everyone how much i grinded them down so if they run into this problem, its an easy fix (as long as you have access to decent tools). also, that bar was what my rear end needed. made a nice, noticeable difference. god i love how my car handles.

eh not too much grinding. it took me about 25 minutes to do all six bolts and the bulk of time was spent waiting for the bolt to cool off so i could take the nuts off i used to hold it in the vise. also, i had to use a open head wrench on the bolt head when i was installing. if anyone does this, remember to only grind down two sides of the bolt. that way, a wrench will still grab.

yea im a bit concerned myself. as long as those bolts wont rust, they should be fine. i stuck a thin washer under the head also to compensate for the loss of 1/3 of the head. im going to re torque everything tomorrow, then check it again in 100 miles. ill keep you posted if anything went wrong with it.

drove my car pretty hard today, then i checked the bolts and nuts. they havent even moved. they look like they are gonna work with no issues, and my high speed stability has increased substantially. im happy =)
