coilovers vs springs?

Hi, I'm kind of new to the lowering thing. I have a 95 teg on full tein, but I didn't get it done, my friend did, so doing my fit I'm all on my own. I don't really have 1000+ to put out for coilovers right now, so I was thinking of just going with the eibach pro springs. If I go with just springs, and not a full coilover set, what will have to be replaced/added/neccesary/etc LATER? Thanks for the help.

If you're on the budget and u want to get some quality suspensions, you can get the springs, and get an aftermarket shocks at the same time.

I'd recommend shocks like Tokico Blues. just combine your lowering spring with those and you'll have some quality suspension for street/track.

I'm interested in this as well. This is my first Honda and the first car that I'm really going to mess around with (aside from the stereo). I'd like to see a comparison (i.e. pros/cons) of springs to coilovers. I'd say it'd be worth dropping close to $1K for coilovers if they are TRULY that much better, but I have nothing to go on with my limited knowledge. Anyone want to chime in??

If I had the cash I would get coilovers in a heartbeat, but since school is so expensive Ill have to settle for springs.
