Stainless Steel Braided Brake Line Kits - Where are they?
Can't seem to find them anywhere on the net and according to the guys at TireRack - Goodridge isn't making a kit for the Honda Fit.
I do know about the JDM offerings but damn those are expensive and do they fit no problem?
What are my options guys? Do brake line kits from other Honda models work?

i tried ordering the ss lines from tirerack two months ago and i got the same answer you have from Jim@tirerack that goodridge will not make them.
i would think JDM will work for the front, but not the rears because USDM have drum rears and JDM has disc rears.

I thought Tirerack sold sets from goodridge. I was contemplating on SS lines. But after changing the fluid, I feel that this has been adequate in improving pedal feel. I recommend everybody spend $8 and change to valvoline syn. It makes a very big difference in repetitive braking.

BUMP!
Looking for people who have installed the T1R SS Braklines
I have a set of these sitting around at home, one of these days I plan to install them.
If you installed them yourself is there anything that was tricky or unexpected? How long did you spend to fully bleed out the lines? Any pics of the install?
How about a performance review?
Cheers!

"gettinafit" installed my SS brake lines as part of the minor brake upgrade I did to my car which included Power Slot Cryo treated front rotors from Tire Rack, Extr3me Motorsports street pads/shoes from the Vendor Forums, and ATE blue racing fluid from the local carparts shop.
Oh yes, it's much better than stock thats for sure and I currently don't feel the need for a big brake kit or rear discs with the driving I do.

BUMP! Any updates or further info on this? I was about post a new thread on basically same topic.
Mostly wondering about wave's set-up-- looks pretty cool for a basic upgrade.
