Ok here are the pics of my brakes installed. (Sorry, I was REALLY stupid and forgot to take pics with the wheel off. Sorry)

The rotor has some "Break-In" sprayed on it. What's why it looks funny

I know that i'll sound stupid, because rotors themselves will not improve braking, butyeah i do feel a differance. I find that the pedal is higher and harder and i find that on what used to be normal breaking, i'm now braking short.

Sorry to invade the post, but I have the Cross drilled/sloted rotors, ss brake lines, and hawk brake pads and there is definitively a difference.
The car now brakes more grippy ( more initial bite ) tho, so you have to get used to it.

What kind of pads are you using? I have problems with my stock brakes, so I'm planning on doing brake upgrades. I'm planning to get some good rotors and some good pads also. Do you guys suggest I also change my brake lines? I'm not after performance, just regular braking.

I'm REALLY happy with the cross-drilled rotors. Surprisingly, i do feel a difference. With steel braided lines, you'll have a stiffer pedal. With rotors and pads, you'll have better stopping. I'm planning on using Hawk pads. Either street performance or the Ceramic ones.

So its not required to get the steel braided lines? Could you also point me to a place where I could get those hawk pads? I'm really interested in doing this upgrade, and want to estimate how much I'll be spending. Thanks.

You can get the Hawk pads from Tirerack.com
Just search for 02-05 Acura RSX (base model) brake pads.
The Fit uses RSX brake pads and the 02-03 Civic Si (hatchback) brake rotors.

i used to have brembo cross drilled rotors, goodridge ss brake lines, and some good brake pads and yeah... shit warped on me this was on my 92 integra gs. as for the brake pads i'm not sure where i read this (i'm pretty sure i read it somewhere) but you want to get the right brake pad for the right application.

some brake pads are meant to apply the greatest amount of friction at higher temps while others work better at lower temps. so getting high performance brake pads isn't always the best if using it as a daily driver because the brakes will not apply their full potential around town where braking isn't really high usage and they won't get hot enough. AGAIN THIS COULD ALL BE WORD VOMIT but i swear i read this somewhere when looking for brake stuff myself a while back....
