DIY rear disc

Attempt
I was at my Honda dealer and they couldn't do anything with the numbers I gave them. They seemed to not have any outlet for said parts. The usdm ones were $108 a piece at you average everyday price. That's about all I can do. Don't we have any international Fit/Jazz folks willing to just go and order these parts for us?

YouTube - Modded Honda Fit
I guess many of you watched this video. When that guy was introducing the car, he indicated that the Fit in the video used a "DC5 REAR DISC CONVERSATION". I just want to point out that will the DC5(RSX type S?) rear disc system a direct fit on the FIT? Or anyone with a DC5 sitting at home want to switch around and see if it will work?

Good news, I was researching on the system setup on a DC5, and it looks excatly the same as isitafox posted. Acura Parts @ AcuraOEMparts.com - Genuine Acura OEM Parts from Delray Acura
Bad news, item #39 in that link "BOLT, FLANGE QTYx6" so the splash guard is different than the ones we have on the FIT since FIT needs 4 bolts on each side, which is 8 in total.
If this thing works and the hub is the same, say we purchase from Delray Acura, we need item #1, 5, 6, 7, 8 which equals to USD$372.22+TAX and we are still missing the splash guard and the caliper bracket.

Right, sorry its been a while. I can order the brackets for whoever wants them but the only snag is it will be pricey. As I said before the brackets are £90 each and taking international shipping into account it's gonna end up costing about $400 just to get them. I'm gonna try talking to japanparts to see if they can come up with anything so will let you know how I get on. I was planning on finding some Jazz's that have been smashed up but junkyards want a fortune for the brake setups!

I am thinking about getting my buddy to bring me some caliper brackets from Europe. OH SNAP! What to do what to do!
So I need to order Spindle and caliper bracket 52200-SAA-E00 and 52210-SAA-E00 from Europe
and the rest are DC5 parts I can get in the US?

yeah, goto Japanparts.com: TOKYO GM SHOKAI KK and check the website out, they do loads of top stuff, standard stuff and performance. If you email koji@japanvehicles.com with the two part numbers he'll sort ya out. Only problem is he can't give ya postage charges without buying a set as he doesn't know the weight of them but I just checked the postage for a manifold, which was about £30 to UK, cause I can't see it bein more than that! As for brake hoses and stuff I think earlier in the thread someone mentioned what could be used but you'll have to check. Hope all this helps!

Part numbers as follows boys!
1. Spindle and caliper bracket 52200-SAA-E00 and 52210-SAA-E00
2. Disc hub 42200-SAA-G51
3. Drum hub
4. Brake hoses 01466-SAA-J51 and J50 I think, also got code 01466-SAA-000 listed but I assume that is for the drum brakes as the same number is listed twice
5. Handbrake cable right side 47510-SAA-J53
and Left side 47560-SAA-J53.
If anyone needs any part numbers wotsoever let me know as I've downloaded Honda's electronic parts catalogue upto 2005 so can find just about anythin!

I was going to use my 91 CRX spare rear wheel hub assemblies to replace the Fit drums until I found AJ-Racing in Vancover is offering a specific conversion kit as a group buy for $650. The photo of existing kit parts is good and deliveries expected beginning in April. I suggest that is a much better route. Even in our case the remachining work is extensive as is the Integra's.
And yes, the P/N's and drawings shown cannot be accessed in North America.
The Asian conversion requires splash plate, hubs, spindles, cars, nuts, calipers, the works. Cost will be ca $1000 plus nearly the same for shipping. AL is machining new spindles that fit 'regular' Honda disc parts so his kit is a lot less expensive. Good move AJ.
