Home Depot Grill Part 2

Alllllrighty then....here is the finished product. I'll post some pics on the car tomorrow when i put it back on.

I removed the entire lower grill and the side vents. The fogs are now permanently adhered to the to the bumper. I can always get at them from underneath to change a bulb.

Here's one more from the side.

P.S. i also painted the hood latch flat black.

Didn't take pics from behind yet. Basically i removed the lower grill, side vents, and fogs. The wents and lower grll attaches to the bumper via several plastic clips. I trimmed them off the bumber and side vents to make it flush. The i trimmed away the black part of the fogs where the the bolt is. Finally i just hot glued the mesh working my way around until it ws completed.

Thanks! here's some pics with it on...unfortunately it is very overcast this morning so the pics didn't come out very good. I will try again when it is sunny.

Peace!

Yeah he has a few extra pounds on him. But he is a mancoon so he is big to begin with. His brother weighs close to 18 and he is long and lean.

Now looking at the finished product, painted the back and all it looks nice! I was thinking but not sure how it would look (maybe someone can photoshop it) I felt that the front grill was lacking something, maybe one of those indiglo "H" emblems behind the mesh? .... but i'd see what it looks like first before jumping on that! Either way looking good man!

Thanks! Maybe down the road i will get the red emblems and put them on. I like the de-badged look though. Not sure what you mean by indiglo emblem. Got any pics?

No pics, but they are out there, it is a back lit "H" that you can have only work with the headlights on! It will show through the mesh. YOu can find them online. I was just thinking that would allow the badge to be on the inside of the mesh not on the outside, thus you still have that look, but at night the H will be there like stealth!
