Help with new Fit color
Hi all!! 1st post
My wife currently owns a 2010 White Fit Sport and I need a new daily driver as well. After much searching I'm going with the Fit Sport as well, but I can't decide on a color to save my life. White is out as I already own one. Black is also a no go as my non-daily is black and as much as I like how black looks when it's clean it's too much work for a daily IMHO.
So far I'm leaning towards:
Vortex blue
Red
Silver
Orange
Any and all info/opinions would be awesome!
Thanks

No offense, but I'm always suprised when people ask for opinions about colors. Outside of "black", which if you've never owned, maybe you would be suprised in regards to upkeep, then the answer is almost always just get what you like.
You don't want to duplicate white, which you already own, you are aware of the sacrifice it takes to keep Black looking clean. Then color preference becomes very subjective.
Which color do you like the best? What is available? Blue, Red, Silver, Orange...pick one...
I own black, I try to be honest with people about the realities in upkeep. Outside of that? Color is color....I'd just go with what you like the best. And nobody can really answer that for you.
PS.
I like "classic" colors. Black, Red...but if I was forced to choose outside of that limited pallet....I think Vortex Blue looks sharp, I kinda like the boring but new gray color offered for 2011...and a neighbor down the street owns an Orange...and it's grown on me, more unique...

fitchet,
I know what you mean. Color is about preference, but it's subtle things that owners are aware of after owning the car is what i was after. For example the 1st year STI we got in the states had a large amount of metal flake in the obsidian black. Looked good in print and even in person, but after seeing it in varied lighting it lit up with more sparkly flake than I'd like to see. I would have never know if a neighbor didn't point it out to me. Or another thing might be paint problems. Mazda a few years back had a awful problem with paint pulling away from the primer!!!
I do appreciate all the comments though

I've had Silver vehicles before and always found them to not show the dirt too much and be easy to take care of.
I selected a Sport in the Silver last Friday. They did not even have it displayed yet as it had just come in from Houston and was awaiting detailing... also the only one they had.

I actually bought a 2011 Fit Sport 5AM Polished Metal Metallic last weekend and love it. I've gotten a ton of compliments on the color and I really like it as well. The dealer had Milano Red, Polished Metal Metallic and White and I chose this one.

I love the Polished Metal Metallic gray, but unfortunately my other vehicle (Toyota) is nearly the identical color. I chose my other favorite ... the Vortex Blue Pearl, since I've never owned a blue car.
