I would say that a chalkboard hood is something I would not do. My creativity has diminished to the point where the envelope is defined by choosing a Beef and Bean Burrito OR a Spicy Beef and Bean Burrito....

But I think it's pretty cool. You can express yourself in a non-static way...I like it...

The wave is next but someone else on here has a vinyl print of it on their hood. Don't want to be a copy cat lol

Should have left the sides of the hood white to keep the flow on the car. Besides that it's a cool idea.

If you got some skills draw the back of your fit on the hood of your fit o.O trippy

I think its hott. My question is: is that vinal or paint applied. Has to be vinal I assume, how and what do you use to wipe it down?

It's probably paint.. never heard of chalk board vinyl but they have chalk board paint at home depot. The rain probably cleans it off real quick if not some water and a sponge...

just like in elementary school.

it is chalkboard paint from home depot. ciggy has it right, every time it rains i have a new canvas to work on. or...if i get bore i can simply wipe it down with a damp sponge

i'm pretty happy with how my engine bay looks at the moment but that is a good idea!

took 5 minutes and did a really rough drawing on it on my lunch break at work the other day. thanks to the rear end on the front end suggestion, definitely got some interesting looks lol

don't mind the interfooler, turbo is a work in progress and i'm tired of taking the bumper off and on lol...should be done in about a week or two (pic moved to first post)
