GD3 & GE8 photo's from treasure island meet 10/30/2010...

i shot with a 50mm f/1.4. yeah its not cheap lol. four shots i did of the mugen kit ge8 and the cow interior gd3 were done with a kit lens 18-55mm... cause of the weather i only took my back up cam and those two lens cause i didnt want any possible rain to damage it, so i left my actual shoot gear at home

Quick question on your shots. How do you dial in? Fully manual or aperture comp? I've got an old D50 and under aperture compensation my exposures never turn out as perfect as yours did, even on your D40. Maybe the cloudy/gloomy weather makes the pics look better. Or maybe it's time to buy back the D7000 I just returned

yeah it was fun, too bad you and the other homie couldnt make it. summer meet should be crackin for sure.
