RPF1s are a little too simple as a wheel design IMHO, while BBS' cross-spoke, non-mesh stuff is pretty hot to these eyes.

Can't argue with the light weight of the RPF1s though. Man, I wish someone sold them over here. I'd definitely save up for those. RPF1s here are very, very rare...not much Philippine demand for Enkei's lightweight stuff as everybody and their dog lusts over RAYS.

How heavy are they in 16"?

I have heard people say that the RPF1 is played out but people looking to improve the performance of a vehicle that has a small displacement engine can do nothing better for their car than reduce rotating mass and unsprung weight..... As long as there are people wanting to do more than make a fashion statement you will see RPFI wheels on cars... Enkei has been in the wheel manufacturing business for 60 years so they definitely know what they are doing, designing and manufacturing wheels that are used as OEM, as fashion statements and in the RPFI racing wheel, form that follows function and is still strong enough for street use.

Anyone know if the 16x7's with a 43 offset fit nicely on a GE? There's a guy here is jersey with a set on craigslist, but if they sit too deep in the wheel wells I'll hold out for a set with the 35 offset instead, provided they don't rub.

P.S. I'm still at the stock ride height but planning to do a mild drop next spring

I have 17's with drop zone Springs... the offset is 35.
And I get noo rubbing, even with 5 people in the car.

I'm selling them.
215/45-17 bfg g-force sports.

Two have a bit of curb rash. The color was a limited edition color. Very rare.

Shadow black chrome.. inside of the wheel is black, spokes and lip are chrome. The black reflects on the chrome, and gives it a Gunmetal look in certain light.

Make me a offer if interested.

Just noticed you have an orange fit.. my previous GD was orange.

These would look awesome. Because of the lip, they don't look as big as 17s.. I'm in south Jersey often. If u ever wanted to try them on, hit me up.

Next whees for now will be my painted stockies. Gotta finish my project. Ek.coupe with a k24.

Well I'll def let you know, but I'm actually up in Morris County now for work... not sure if that makes it any easier for you :/

I was originally thinking about having my stock wheels powder coated in bronze or gunmetal, but I figure I'll get some lighter wheels with sticky rubber for the fun seasons and throw some snow tires on the stock ones. Last winter on the stock Bridgestones was a mess.

I am not sure but you will be cutting it close in regards to rubbing with a 2009 model even if it's not dropped.... It might work with the stock size tires for the Sport model but it will be a slight stretch for them to fit the rim but not terribly so.

Can anybody recommend something to REPAIR rims that have
"CURB RASHES" on them, they are minor but annoying cosmetically!!!!!
Thanks

recently bought a 2011 Sport it came with 16 rims
i have a 15x7 RPF enkei on my 09 base fit that i traded for the '11 sport..
my question is in the owners manual it says the recommended rims for the sport is 16.
BUT has anybody put a 15 put on a SPORT FIT?
if i put the 15 enkei will will affect the VSA?

thanks

well i have a base and theres no difference at all.. rolling diameter size is the same. they recommend 16 just to have something on there if they didnt im sure people would run 19s or something absurd. i talked to my dealership and they have no issues with aftermarket wheels if thats what your worried about
