Skunk2 Pro-C on Base Fit Slammed?

Whats up guys, I've been on this forum a lot mostly reading, but haven't really post anything. I have a 2007 Honda Fit Base for almost 3 years now and haven't really made any big purchase until now. I saw an awesome deal and finally saved up enough money to get the Skunk2 Pro-c coilovers.

It's by far, the best purchase I had ever made for anything. It's amazing how a set of coilovers can make a car feel like a total different car. So as a result, I've decided to register and share my excitement with you fitfreakers.

Oh btw, the fronts can still go about 1.5" to 2" lower. It's already the lowest to be driveable and only rubs a little during U-turns. If I lower it anymore, it'll become impossible to turn normally without rubbing a lot. As for the rears, it's maxed out with the addition, of removing one of the rear perches on each side.

Here are the pics after the coilovers were installed. Let me know what you guys think. Slammed fit?

The ride is a little stiff, but overall, 110% better than the regular Skunk2 springs that I had on the car before the coilovers. It is definitely more comfortable than before. I got the 8k in the fronts and 6k in the rear. It would have been nicer if the springs were both 6k.

I messed around with the adjustable dampening and found that 10 in the front is a little too stiff for daily driving. 8 is the right setting since it's not too stiff nor is it soft. Right now, I have it at 8 in the front and 6 in the rear and it is just right.

Nope, it's already maxed out. I've seen other ppl with Pro-C's go lower in the rear, but I'm not sure how they modified theirs. I already removed one of the perches.

Thanks everyone for the nice comments.

I think my fit will look lower once I get smaller tires and a lip kit.

Remember that your new suspension is going to take time to settle, Leave it on the softest setting for it to happen sooner. It also depends how hard you drive too but the rear will drop a little more.

About the lip kit: I think you should leave it base, your car looks really good the way it is, my only suggestion would be to get the jdm visors and a short antenna!
