That's an impressive video. I never thought that such CR-X could be that fast and beat the J's Racing Fit. Thank you for posting this.

The SSWorks CR-X has been around for quite awhile and is always a pretty quick/fast car. It beat the Fit in time because it is 170kg (374lbs) lighter than the Fit and has a much better suspension setup overall. Tops the scales at a whopping 1606lbs and pushing 230ps or thereabouts. Tsuchiya-San commented before that it is quite scary to drive because it weighs almost nothing.

The suspension I think is really the biggest contributing factor because the J's Fit actually has a better power/weight ratio than the SS CR-X.

CR-X: 3.17ps/kg (stock form: 6.06)
Fit: 2.72ps/kg (stock form: 8.95)

The most impressive of the 5 to me is the Snisen from ASM/Toda. Just .225 seconds slower than the Espirit NS-X turbo. Now maybe on a much bigger and not as tight a track as Tsukuba the NS-X would shine more, something like at Suzuka or Motegi.

I think you got the units wrong, it'd make more sense to have it as kg/ps. Less kg/ps = better weight-to-power ratio.

Yeah, you're right I misplaced the units. Fit is 900kg with 330ps and the CR-X is 730kg with 230ps. Should of stated for the unit placing

CR-X .315ps/kg
Fit .367ps/kg
